FAQ
Questions, answered
What is NuClear Path AI?
An AI workspace for nuclear licensing and regulation. Today it searches regulatory material and your documents and answers with citations. Drafting and shared project workspaces are on the way.
Who can request access?
Professionals at organizations in or serving the nuclear sector: utilities, reactor developers, vendors and suppliers, nuclear medicine organizations, engineering partners and regulators. Use your work email so we can match it to your organization.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. NuClear Path AI is currently free. If we introduce paid tiers later, we'll give you notice and a choice about whether to continue.
Which regulations does it cover?
Public material from the CNSC (REGDOCs, the Nuclear Safety and Control Act and its regulations), the NRC (10 CFR and Regulatory Guides) and the DOE, plus references to CSA standards. It doesn't give you a licence to the standards themselves.
Can I rely on its answers?
Use it to speed up research, not to replace professional judgment. Answers cite their sources so you can check them against the official text. Its output isn't legal, regulatory or engineering advice.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We don't train models on your questions or documents, and our AI providers are contractually prohibited from doing so.
Is it affiliated with the CNSC or NRC?
No. NuClear Path AI is an independent product of XCIS AI and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any regulator or standards body.
